They are processed in Air Classifying Mills (ACMs) to grind all our spices. ACMs work at only 30° – 40° C, so our spices can retain their full flavour and smell till you start to cook. Old grinding ways like hammer mills create temp around 120degree due to which many properties are lost.

 we have a team of specialists wholly for processing, packing and loading. we use third party certification if required and also in house checklists to inspect every container we use to ship the cargo. All containers are thoroughly checked to meet the food safety standards before transportation.
